Hello, I’m Louise Hughes, and I’ve been a qualified nurse for over 25 years. During my profession, I have developed a real passion for women’s health with a focus on the menopause. This led me to train and develop as a British Menopause Society Advanced-accredited menopause specialist.

And this is where my passion started… knowing I had the knowledge, skills, experience, and desire to help women feel at their happiest and healthiest during the menopause transition with the ability to function at their fullest potential in life.
