It’s been a very long week. Hubby has been away in The States all week (with work), Thomboys Big Birthday; how do I have a teenager? I also went to probably the saddest funeral I’ve ever attended. : (
Running a house of boys with work, and fitting in my weekly exercise classes, the TV also decided to stop speaking to the Sky Box!! Google is my best friend. Saved my week.
They say it’s going to get colder next week, wrap up and pop in somewhere local for a warm, good coffee and a bite to eat.
After the Thomboys birthday we’re now on countdown for the Thom family Christmas. Let the stress begin! Thankfully, Shopping local does take the strain a little, with putting my meat order into the Butchers and Veg and Fruit order into The Greengrocers and being able to pick these up on Christmas Eve, it;s something less I have to worry about. I already have my Gin for gifts order in with The Gin Shack. Need to get my winter PJ’s for family from Dorothy Annes, they have half price Kids Chrostmas Jumpers in at the moment for all that important Christmas Jumper Day on the 14th December as well as on the lead up to Christmas too. I have already booked the Zumba Crew into 450 Pizza for our Christmas Night out too. I’ve made a start.

From Sunday 18th November until the 9th December, Leeds Road/Selby Road ( Charlie Sweeps Corner ) on these 4 consecutive Sunday the Road will be closed from 8.30am – midnight in order they can complete the works that involves large machinery.
