Today’s blog is all about our Garforth Lights Switch on and supporting local traders, shops, stalls and bringing our community together

This year we have tried to make the street a little bit more festive with little festive trees in each window with the money we have, no town has more money than the other from their council, only the likes of Wetherby if they have been lucky enough to have had a private investor #imworkingonit

Garforth Lights should be a community event, where Garforth and surrounding villages come together and enjoy the Festivities that their town is putting on.  Everyone involved this year has given their free time since January to help put this together and make something good, better.

Please support the good that people do, its hard work trying to get it right.  We’ve taken fairly big steps this year after last year’s planting of seeds, ideas have now turned now into reality and if this format works, then each year can only get better

Let this afternoon get you into the spirit of Christmas #getyouinthemood

SUPPORT THE GOOD OF GARFORTH – IT’S WHERE YOU LIVE
