Melanie and Jess run Bella Rose and both are fabulous beauticians with a great talent. Jess specialises in HD eyebrows as well as lots of other beauty treatments. Melanie, if you don’t know already, brings a whole new meaning to the word Artistic Flair – her nails are something else.
