Well I’ve missed this one – I’ve been running around all day like some loon. From school runs, to Pilates, (Ooo my hips) then work, then out measuring half of Main Street – don’t ask, I’m sure you can read on Garforth Gossip, we might have been perceived as 3 mad people walking up and down with a measuring tape; I wonder what we’ll be accused of #garfeast2018 Team. We all stopped for a Cortodo in Cielo, then I was back to work, then to school, as #thomboy was poorly, then back home to do another school run and then piano lessons and I’ve made a homemade steak and mushroom pie for dinner!…… World Sleep Day… not sure I could have fitted it in.

Saturday 17th Liz’s Birthday Event at The Podger from 6pm to 11pm
Celebrating the wonderful birthday of such a courageous local lady who sadly lost her life to cancer last year and her lovely family and friends are still campaigning in her memory. This is set to be another fabulous event,
Starting at 6pm with on screen horse racing followed by a disco to party as she would want.
There will also be a tombola and some prizes
Sunday 18th at Cielo – Pie and Mash from 12-3.30pm
We have pies being delivered by Samuel Valentine and beers from Garforth’s own microbrewery #sundaylunch locally
Monday 19th at The Station House Cafe from 9.30 – 11.30am
we see the return of Nic Baker from Independent Stamp Company with Rubber Stamping on the platform.
In this class you will be able to learn new skills or develop upon the ones you already have to produce handmade cards, gifts and home decor. Each fortnight I will prepare and deliver a class using Coordinating Stampin’ Up! Products. You will be able to learn new stamping techniques, how to make 3D items such as gift boxes and bags along with beautiful home decor items. You will always walk away with three handmade items made by your own fair hands.
All materials, support and guidance you require will be provided to make your three projects. The cost of this class is £12 and includes light refreshments.
