So the mask is mandatory in our shops from today – It’s fine, well you don’t want a £100 fine if you don’t… you can breathe just not on others! I know it also seems a bit mad, that you if you go into a sandwich shop, you have to wear masks, but if you’re staying to eat it, you can take the mask off.. like many of the guidelines, they don’t always make sense and we find ourselves scratching our heads, but if we just do what we should, then hopefully, it will end this awful normal to the normal we liked before. At the end of the day, it’s about being, ‘kind in our community’ which is something we need to do over the course of summer. The WHO (not the band) mention this is where we need to be extra careful, as more places are open, more people are likely to spend more time together and perhaps have some time to enjoy some of the things we like. I’m not sure I understand people who protest about not wearing a mask, will these people be the same people who complain should there be a need for a localised lockdown?. I know many of us have thought that masks should have been mandatory some time ago, but now is the time, and we should just do as we are asked, to save others and help us move back to our normal, quickly!

I know it’s peoples jobs to door to door, sales, but I really don’t like it, it’s also not very good if the perimenopausal brain is airing its ugly head. I don’t mean to be rude; well I try not to. But I wish they wouldn’t knock, people who are welcome to knock, have either food or gIn in their hands or a good looking postman with parcel carrying shoes; I wonder if that would all fit on a doormat?!
