We’re getting closer to Halloween and lots of shops and businesses are creating some fabulous ideas and offerings of things to eat and drink. Enjoy this time of year, it’s about a feeling and it’s fun, and I’m all over it. More and more people get involved each year, if we ditch any religious connotations it might have had, and just enjoy the sugar rush, and the laugher it brings to all the little kids mesmerised about this bag they have full of free sweets, you can learn to enjoy it. It’s also easier now, as people who want to get involved usually put something in their window or light a pumpkin so you know who to go to and shout ‘TRICK OR TREAT’ to. You will be surprised how many people get dishearted that no one called at their house, so look out for them, and then let’s countdown to bonfire night – more heartwarming food and feelings

As mentioned in this week’s VLOG – From next week, we will be receiving new orange and yellow recycling bins, you may have seen them in Leeds City Centre already? They take plastics, cans, and coffee cups. Ideally, it is better to use a reusable cup when buying a drink from one of our café’s, but these bins will hopefully provide a place to keep our streets cleaner.
