As I type, I sit watching out of my office window the sky changing from what appeared to be the start of a spring morning, to a dark and damp picture, emanating a place in The Lake District, back to a spring day again! The media have certainly made the weather forecast scary, yeah, let’s have a massive storm that could potentially bring danger to life across parts of the UK because we haven’t quite had enough danger to life recently! Luckily, and I’m hoping with large fingers crossed, that across West Yorkshire, we stay on a yellow warning alert so it shouldn’t get as bad as down south, let’s hope you just need to put on your bigger and heavier coat!

Take Away proposal at the top of Main Street has received many objections including one by Highways, and I hope this, due to the huge safety issues alone, is enough to stop this planning proposal go-ahead
